Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the BuzzBreak mobile application (the "Service") operated by Partiko, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Partiko, Inc.
Partiko, Inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that Partiko, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that you visit.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Users can earn Points while using BuzzBreak by
Users can only get Free Points for up to 50 times per day.
Users CANNOT be rewarded with Points when they click on in-feed ads.
If a user has registered for more than 30 days, no further rewards will be given to the inviter.
Users may choose to redeem Points for cash. Once Users accumulate the equivalent of Minimum Payout Threshold in their Account, they can cash out using PayPal or other services. Any Users with less than the Minimum Payout Threshold will have their Points stored in the Wallet until they reach the Minimum Payout Threshold. Users can have their payments sent to their payout account by providing their payout email address. BuzzBreak is not responsible for lost or forfeited payouts attributed to User providing incorrect payout account information. Payouts will be processed and remitted within seven (7) business days from the date in which a request for Payout is made. Partiko, Inc. may delay or cancel any Payout for purposes of preventing unlawful activity or fraud, risk assessment, security, or investigation.
One payout account can only be used by one BuzzBreak user.
One person can only cash out using one BuzzBreak account.
One BuzzBreak user can only cash out once every 24 hours.
Due to regulation, every time users received reward, they must wait 3 days before they can cash out another $0.50 USD.
Please note that users are not allowed to use VPN to obtain points on BuzzBreak. Otherwise, BuzzBreak will refuse your cashout request. In the meantime, BuzzBreak reserves the right to take back the points you've got under this circumstance.
BuzzBreak allows you to post comments under news and make your own post. You agree and are required to post content with good intention that obey local law. Anyone can report inappropriate content.

You hereby grant to BuzzBreak and its executives, employees, affiliates, related companies, agents, licensees, sublicensees, brand partners, production partners, social media platforms, contractors, successors, legal representatives, assigns, third-party service providers and their respective brand partners, marketing or public relations agencies and other affiliates (the “Licensed Parties”) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable right and license to use, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute and re-post (i) your User Content and (ii) your username, name, voice, image, likeness or other identifying information (“Name and/or Likeness”) as the same appears in connection with your User Content, in any manner to be determined in the Licensed Parties’ sole discretion, including but not limited to on webpages and social media pages operated by the Licensed Parties, in promotional emails and advertisements, and in any and all other marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives, and in any media now or hereafter known.
The Licensed Parties may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your User Content in any manner in their sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever. No use of the User Content or your Name and/or Likeness related to the User Content need be submitted to You for any approval for use by the Licensed Parties.
Notwithstanding the above, the Licensed Parties will have no obligation to make any use of any of the rights granted by you. The Licensed Parties may choose to use, use and stop using, reuse or not use your User Content or Name and/or Likeness at any time. The Licensed Parties’ use of your User Content or your Name and/or Likeness does not imply any endorsement of or any affiliation with you. You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve any use of the User Content or Name and/or Likeness by the Licensed Parties as permitted hereunder.
BuzzBreak is constantly monitoring abusive user behaviors to protect the integrity of the BuzzBreak community. When we detect abusive behaviors, we will take actions including but not limited to: freezing payouts, terminating accounts, blocking the usage of BuzzBreak app, etc.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Partiko, Inc. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
In no event shall Partiko, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Partiko, Inc. its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
